Things people usually ask first.
What if I miss the 3 a.m. cutoff?
Unfortunately we can't add late orders — we start mixing your dough right at cutoff. Check back next week and order early. The menu opens Sunday night for the following Wednesday.
Can I pick a different day after ordering?
Each order is tied to a specific drop date. If you need to change, contact us via WeChat or the contact form as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
What if I'm running late for pickup?
The table is up 3–5 p.m. sharp. If you know you'll be late, message us on WeChat. We try to hold orders as long as we can but can't guarantee after 5.
How long does the bread stay fresh?
Best eaten day-of for maximum crust. Day 2 is still excellent — just toast it lightly. The sourdough loaves keep well for 3–4 days at room temperature.
Do you ship or deliver?
Not currently — Just Bread is a pickup-only operation. We serve Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Scottsdale through the Mekong Plaza drop. No delivery planned for now.
Can I still order through WeChat?
WeChat is where Just Bread started, and Jingjing is still active there. But the easiest way to order is through the website — Shopify handles payment and confirmation automatically.
